Meet Dr. Taha Khan
The Professional Side
Dr. Khan grew up in the Rochester, New York area. He completed his undergraduate studies at SUNY Geneseo and went on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Following dental school, he pursued his passion for caring for children by completing a two-year pediatric dentistry residency at the University of Rochester / Eastman Institute for Oral Health. In addition to his clinical practice, he serves as faculty in the Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program at the University of Rochester, where he enjoys teaching residents and contributing to the development of the next generation of pediatric dentists.
Dr. Khan values the importance of forming strong connections with young patients and their families. His approach is characterized by empathy and respect, aiming to enhance both dental health and emotional well-being through personalized care tailored to each child’s unique needs.
The Personal Side
Outside the office, Dr. Khan loves spending time with his family in Rochester. He enjoys being outdoors, especially hiking and exploring local nature trails.
