Dr. Leah Peres
As an orthodontist, Dr. Leah blends her analytical and creative skills to craft personalized treatment plans, emphasizing that there’s no “one size fits all” approach. Born and raised in Rochester, she graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and continues to teach part-time at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health.
Dr. Swey Sathasivam
Dr. Swey is a board-certified pediatric dentist from Rochester, NY, committed to delivering exceptional dental care to children of all ages. With a passion for creating positive dental experiences, she brings a warm and engaging approach, often singing during treatments to help put her young patients at ease.
Dr. Taha Khan
Dr. Khan values the importance of forming strong connections with young patients and their families. His approach is characterized by empathy and respect, aiming to enhance both dental health and emotional well-being through personalized care tailored to each child’s unique needs.
Madison
Dental Assistant
Madison joined our Victor Smiles and A Smile to Grow With pediatric offices in 2025. She brings a warm, caring touch to our pediatric dental team. With a background in early childhood education with experience as a teacher’s aide, she has a natural talent for helping children feel comfortable and confident during their visits. Her patient, upbeat personality makes every appointment a positive experience for both kids and parents alike. Before joining the dental field, Madison worked in customer service, where she developed strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others. Outside of work, Madison enjoys art, metal music, spending time with her family and most of all her cat Cali!
Josette
Registered Dental Hygienist
Josette has been part of A Smile To Grow With since 2005, dedicating most of her career to pediatric dental hygiene. After serving as Office Manager in 2023, she has returned to her true passion—working chairside as a Registered Dental Hygienist and helping children feel comfortable and cared for during their visits.
Outside the office, Josette enjoys time with her husband, Joe, their daughter, Jay, and their cat, LuLu. She is an avid Buffalo Bills fan and loves reading, walking, and spending time with family and friends.
Cathy
Accounting Insurance Specialist
Cathy has been a valued member of A Smile To Grow With for over 37 years. She started as a Dental Hygienist, driven by a passion she discovered in her early teens. After earning her Business Administration degree from Nazareth University, Cathy transitioned into the role of Business Manager, working closely with Dr. Kelley for much of her career. Currently, Cathy is part of the Finance Department at A Smile To Grow With and Finger Lakes Dental Care, a role she loves. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Tom, their two daughters, Carlee (and fiancé Austin) and Camryn, cooking and hosting family gatherings. In her free time, Cathy stays active, bakes, gardens, and loves to travel, especially to warm, sunny destinations.
Amanda
Registered Dental Hygienist
Amanda has been a dedicated dental hygienist at A Smile To Grow With since graduating from Monroe Community College's Dental Hygiene Program in 2010. With over a decade of experience, Amanda enjoys working with patients of all ages, bringing her warmth, expertise, and personal touch to every appointment. As a mother of many, Amanda understands the importance of creating a comfortable, welcoming environment for children, making her especially skilled at helping younger patients feel at ease. Her passion for dental health extends beyond the office, as she takes pride in helping every patient achieve a healthy, confident smile. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys exploring Rochester's vibrant music, art, and food scenes. Whether attending a local concert, visiting an art festival, or trying out new restaurants, she loves immersing herself in the community and savoring all the city has to offer.
Myranda
Registered Dental Hygienist
Myranda graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at ECC in Buffalo in 2022. She has worked with kids since she was young, leading summer camps, and has always had a passion for working with children. She enjoys her photography business, spending time with her dog, Abby, and hanging out with friends and family.
Reyna
Dental Assistant
Reyna brings over six years of experience to her role as a dental assistant at A Smile To Grow With. She began her career in general dentistry and later expanded her skills in an oral surgery clinic before discovering her true passion in pediatric dentistry.
As a valued member of our pediatric team, Reyna is dedicated to creating a positive and comforting experience for every child. Her calm, friendly demeanor helps young patients feel safe and at ease, while also providing reassurance and support to their families.
Outside the office, Reyna enjoys spending time with her family, taking walks with her two dogs, and baking sweet treats.
Ellie
Patient Advocate
With over a decade of experience in customer service and a background in property management, Ellie brings excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people. She began her journey in the dental field in 2025 as a Patient Advocate at A Smile To Grow With, where she is excited to continue learning and growing as part of the team.
Ellie is committed to making every patient feel supported, informed, and welcomed from the moment they arrive.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her corgi and spending quality time playing board games with her boyfriend.

Patient Advocate
Jen joined our dental practice in 2025, bringing over 25 years of outstanding customer service experience. Known for her friendly demeanor and genuine compassion, Jen is committed to making every patient feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for.
With a strong team spirit and a passion for helping others, Jen plays a key role in ensuring each visit runs smoothly—from scheduling appointments to answering questions with a smile.
Outside of the office, Jen enjoys reading, hiking with her dogs, and spending quality time with her family. Her warmth and positive energy make her a valued part of our team
Sydnee
Office Manager
Sydnee joined A Smile to Grow with in 2026 as our Office Manager, bringing over 13 years of customer service and management experience. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, well-organized environment where patients feel comfortable and supported from the moment they walk through the door. With a strong background in leadership and operations, Sydnee works closely with both patients and team members to ensure smooth day-to-day office flow and exceptional care experiences. Her attention to detail, warm personality, and commitment to service help make every visit a positive one. Outside of the office, Sydnee likes to embrace her creativity through drawing, sewing and baking. Some hobbies she enjoys are reading and spending time with friends and family.
Brent
Dental Assistant
Brent brings a unique blend of precision, care, and teamwork to the dental office, drawing on the work ethic he built in his previous career in construction. Dedicated to patient comfort and excellent service, he ensures every visit feels welcoming and stress-free. Outside of work, Brent is an avid sports fan and traveler, often planning trips to cheer on his favorite teams. He enjoys cooking, staying active, and spending time with his Golden Retriever, Duff.
