Appliance Sheet

If your child has been fitted with a cemented appliance, it is vitally important that it be kept clean with the use of proper brushing and flossing. Absolutely no sticky or chewy items! Gum, Skittles, Tootsie Rolls, Raisins, Fruit Roll-Ups, Now or Laters, Jolly Ranchers or anything considered “Gummy” such as bears, worms, etc. If your appliance should become loose, please call the office as soon as possible.
